The Lucknow District Co-operative Inc has an opening for an Energy Service Technician.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
Summary
Under the direction of the Energy Manager and Agronomy Manager, the Energy Service Technician will be responsible for propane tank installations, inspections and equipment service for our Customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Completespropane tank site installations and inspections to ensure safe operation ofequipment.
- Conducts tank equipment service as required.
- Completescustomer site visits and quoting for upcoming installations or service work.
- Follows TSSA propane regulations and keeps up to date on changes.
Education and Experience
- Requires a High School education or the equivalent thereof.
- Musthave and maintain a valid Ontario driver’s license with a satisfactory drivingrecord, DZ or higher is an asset. Mustbe insurable by the company’s insurance provider without restrictions orsurcharge.
- Must hold and maintain a Gas Fitter 2 license in Ontario through TSSA.
- Willingness to train and work towards PM3 certificate to complete fuel tank installations, inspections and equipment repairs.
